Overview

At the Hotel y Club Villa de la Plata you can relax and have fun because our main concern is to provide a quality service in line with the profile of each guest who visits us. This makes us one of the most exclusive hotels in the region. Our facilities, landscaping and qualified staff, as well as the lovely view of the city which you can enjoy from our terraces, make it a unique place for relaxation. We are located at 300 mts from the Aquatic and Sport Center CEDAJ. Facilities: indoor pool with warm water, gym, restaurant, bar, gardens, game room, internet in some areas and phone service at the front desk. The tennis courts are located 5 km outside the resort.

The hotel units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bathroom, 1 king bed or 2 double beds. 1bedroom units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bathroom, partial kitchen, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 or Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Daily maid service and change of linens twice a week, 24 hrs a day. There is an additional charge for the use of the steam room. Please notify the resort if arriving late. No pets allowed. Taxi service is available.

The nearest airport is approximately 15 miles away. From the Bajio International Airport, take the Superhighway to Guanajuato. Enter the city of Guanajuato and follow the road to Dolores Hidalgo, and at km. 3 you will find the resort, after the Hotel Castillo de Santa Cecilia. The resort is located 24 kms from the airport.

Other Information

The Mandatory Amenities Fee includes: Welcome water & fruit, WiFi in common areas, Club House use (billiards, table hockey, pingpong, foosball), one water garrafon, a load of firewood, tuesday movie night with popcorn, free coffee, gym, security box, SKY service, movie programming in your room, alarm clock, access to heated pool, parking, room upgrade subject to availability.

If the unit's maximum occupancy is exceeded, the resort will charge the current rack rate for the extra pax, per night. Late Check out has an extra charge of $200 pesos per hour. *Due to the resort's location, internet and cable signal is low. The restaurant closes at 4 pm Sunday through Friday in low season. It is open all day Saturday.

Resort is not suitable for wheelchairs. Gym available from 8:30 am to 4:00 p.m. Billiards from 8:30 to 4:00 p.m; please request it in reception afterhours. Please request alarm clock in front desk. Elictricity 110 volts. Water garrafon cost is $25 pesos. Internet Service $25 pesos for half an hour (computer in reception).

Security Box in Front Desk: resort is not responsible for belongings that are not desposited. Dish washing costs $150 pesos. Fine of $50 pesos for washing the dishes incorrectly. Units have no telephones. Steam Room available for Men/Women from 9:30 to 12:00 for $50 pesos per person. Fan available upon request in front desk. Firewood service for the chimney $50 pesos.
