Comcast Xfinity New HD box Internet
The new cable box from Comcast were released but not ready, I have had a lot of trouble, box updates at least once a week. Doe s not shut off,system is not user friendly third time I have had just black screen. Technician came here and installed an amplifier and stated that level were low....same issue this morning. Called Comcast and there answer is to reboot the box. It is obvious the the system was not ready for release. Yet we are charged for a beta system......have a technician coming on Thursday....we will see what happens.
